This is a four-month, high-touch container designed for depth.
How We Work:
We begin with The Threshold Session —
a 90-minute deep dive where we map your current landscape, clarify what’s shifting, and name the real work ahead.
You’ll complete a comprehensive Enneagram assessment prior to our time together.
From there, we move into a dedicated Enneagram Debrief, where we illuminate the core patterns shaping your leadership, relationships, and decision-making. Not to box you in, but to free you from what’s automatic.
Using these insights, I craft a Personalized Coaching Roadmap — a focused arc for our work that allows us to move efficiently and courageously toward what matters most.
From there:
Two 60-minute private sessions per month
Ongoing email support between sessions
Practices and experiments tailored specifically to you
A closing Integration Session to anchor who you’ve become
The Enneagram is woven throughout our work, not as theory, but as a living blueprint that helps us bypass noise and go straight to what’s essential.
