There's a Particular Warmth that Comes with Age

Not the heat of striving.
The steady fire of knowing.

I work with women at midlife who are standing at a threshold — accomplished, capable, respected — and quietly aware that something deeper is calling.

Not a reinvention.
A return.

Meet Nevada Lane

I’m 51. I’ve built a business, tended a marriage of more than twenty years, and raised two extraordinary young adults. I know what it means to succeed, and I know what it means to outgrow the very strategies that created that success.

For more than two decades, I’ve guided leaders and teams through meaningful change. I’m a PCC-level coach, facilitator, and Certified Enneagram Practitioner with a master’s degree in Organization Development. I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies and intimate leadership circles alike.

But credentials aren’t why women come to me.

They come because I see what’s underneath.

The Enneagram is foundational in my work. As a Type 3 myself, I understand the drive to achieve, to be effective, to hold it all together. I also understand the quiet exhaustion that can come from living inside competence for too long.

More About Me

I grew up at the San Francisco Zen Center, steeped in silence, ritual, and reflection. I also love strength training and clear, decisive action. My work bridges both worlds — contemplation and courage, intuition and follow-through.

Women often come to me when they are tired of living by “should.”

They want clarity about what they want. They want to stop over-attuning to others. They want to trust their own inner signal — and regulate themselves well enough to follow it.

This is not loud empowerment.

It’s grounded sovereignty.

I believe leadership ripens with age. I believe desire carries wisdom.

I believe that when a woman listens closely enough to herself, her life reorganizes around that truth.

If you are at a threshold of your own, I would be honored to sit at the fire with you.
